VXB — Telemedicine App
For VXB, we designed and built a modern telemedicine platform: apps for doctors and patients, audio and video calls, an AI consultant for general questions, and an admin panel for content, subscriptions, and users.

The story behind it.
VXB is a telemedicine platform built for two audiences at once: patients who need to see a doctor without rearranging their day, and clinicians who need a working tool, not another inbox. Before development, consultations lived in scattered calls and messages — with no shared history, no reliable way to join a call, and no single place where the clinic could manage doctor availability and what patients read before booking. The goal was to bring all of this into one product that feels calm on both sides of the screen.
We designed and built the patient and doctor client apps as a progressive web app using Vue, Quasar, and Capacitor. Patients choose a specialty, a slot, and join an audio or video call right in the browser; doctors see their day, open patient history, and run the call from the same screen where they leave notes. Node.js provides the real-time layer for calls, while Laravel and MySQL store accounts, schedules, and consultation records. We also added an AI consultant for general medical topics — the first entry point for questions that don’t require a doctor, clearly separated from diagnosis and always routing back to a person when the question becomes specific.
Behind this is an admin panel that lets the clinic manage the product without touching code: manage doctors and their availability, specialties, published articles, and the content the AI consultant relies on. For users, the logic is simple: no installs, no lost call links, no repeating the same history to every new specialist, and a team that can fix content the same day instead of filing a ticket.
