Docuslugi — Online Legal Service

Docuslugi is an online service that addresses the pain point for entrepreneurs and construction companies forced to spend years navigating agencies, intermediaries, and generalist lawyers. In one place, they can get a consultation from a construction and SRO specialist, order the necessary documents, and go through the certificate processing procedure — without overpaying or going through extra intermediaries. The project’s goal was not just to assemble a service catalog but to let someone with a typical request reach a result independently and quickly.

We designed and developed the site as a SPA on Vue and Quasar: clients switch between services and processing stages without page reloads, and forms retain the data they enter. The Laravel and MySQL backend keeps requests, statuses, and documents in a single structure. A separate layer is the AI assistant: it answers common questions about procedures, helps formulate a request, and assembles an application for document preparation, reducing the load on consultants at the initial stage.

As a result, the service gained a clear client path: from a question in chat to a completed document package, while specialists receive structured inquiries instead of scattered emails and calls. The project was conceived as a cross-browser service: the site is convenient to use from a phone, and the interface remains responsive on a slow connection.
