The story behind it.
An appraisal is only useful if it holds up later. Vantage Appraisals needed a record of who inspected what, where, and when — captured in the field rather than retyped at a desk. The result is an app for realtors and a web panel for the companies that employ them.
Realtors build detailed reports across many sections, sign them on the phone screen, and export to PDF. Each report type carries its own field set, and the admin panel includes an editor where an administrator assembles a layout from 12 field types. When a report is signed, its location drops onto Google Maps as a marker.
Access runs in three tiers: administrator, company manager, and realtor, each with its own set of permissions. Companies pay through a Stripe subscription charged to a card in the web panel, and managers approve reports and look through photos and documents.
The build used a PHP 7 REST API, Angular 7 for the panel, and Ionic 5 for the app. Both store builds were published to the App Store and Google Play.
