Clearview Windows — Service Report App
Window installer Clearview needed its site visits, complaints, and reports off paper. The app puts them in the field and gives customers a view of their own.

The story behind it.
Window installs leave a paper trail: site visits, complaints, follow-up work. Clearview Windows was running that trail on paper and email. We built a phone and tablet app for staff and customers, backed by a web panel for the office.
Field staff open a request when a complaint comes in, then build a detailed report across the sections that matter for the job, attaching photos and documents as they go. Customers get their own view of the app, where every report sent to them is listed in order.
In the web panel, administrators and managers manage accounts and approve or edit reports before they go out. Google Maps records where each customer was when a report was created, giving the office a fixed point for every visit.
The stack was a PHP 7 REST API, an Angular 7 admin panel, and an Ionic 5 app for iOS and Android, both released through the App Store and Google Play.
