The story behind it.
Hale Construction came for an app and left with a mark to put on it. The engagement covered a logo and visual identity alongside a field app and a web panel, so the tools the crews use and the company's own materials finally matched.
The app gives each worker the day's active jobs, a timer for hours on site, and a place to file Health and Safety reports with photos attached. Tasks, push notifications, and the user profile sit in the same shell, sized for phones and tablets alike.
Managers work from the web panel: user management, report approval, and a review queue for everything uploaded from site. Projects and tasks are handled in their own section, reports export to PDF, and Google Maps plots where each employee and job is.
We built it on a PHP 7 REST API with an Angular admin panel and an Ionic 5 mobile app, then shipped both builds to the App Store and Google Play.
