The story behind it.
A taxi company runs on timing: a request, a nearby driver, a fare that starts on schedule. Taxopark was assembling that operation from four separate systems. We built the whole set — the fleet's website, rider apps, driver apps, and the dispatch software behind them — so a trip could move between them without a phone call.
Riders order from the app or the web version and watch the car approach on a Yandex Maps view; drivers see the same trip from their side, so each always knows where the other is. Drivers accept jobs, follow the route, and close out the fare in an interface built for one hand.
Accounts top up by bank card or at street terminals, and the dispatch side automates assignment and keeps the queue moving. We tuned the API and the apps for peak hours, when every second of latency costs a fare. All of it adapts from a dispatcher's desktop to a phone on a windshield mount.
The system runs on a PHP 7 REST API, Angular 7 for the admin side, and Ionic 5 for the mobile apps. Rider and driver builds shipped to the App Store and Google Play, and the brand carried across the website, the apps, and the dispatch console.
