Tui Orchards — Grower Operations App

Orchard work runs on paper until it doesn't. For a kiwi grower, the day is a moving list of tasks, quality checks, and stock counts, and most of it gets chased across radios and clipboards. We designed a tablet and phone app that pulls all of it into one place for the people in the field.

The daily rhythm set the structure: active tasks and requests, reports coming back from the blocks, warehouse stock, and an advanced product search built for quick lookups. Quality control and process safety inspections got dedicated screens, so a check is recorded once, at the point of work, instead of being written down and retyped at the office.

A matching admin panel gives supervisors the other half of the picture: assign work, read what came back, and see what is still open. Push notifications keep the crew moving without phone calls, and the profile screen keeps each person's assignments together. The full screen set was drawn for tablet and smartphone use.
