Quiet Tide — Guided Meditation App
A meditation app that asks a few questions before it recommends anything, then puts the right session and its music one tap away.

The story behind it.
Most meditation apps hand over a library and leave the choosing to you. Quiet Tide wanted a shorter path: answer a few questions, get pointed to the sessions that fit, and start listening.
The questionnaire is the spine of the app. It reads a user's experience, goals, and the time they have, then recommends session types from the catalog. Each type has its own player, with music matched to the practice and controls that stay out of the way once the session starts. A profile remembers preferences and saved sessions, and push notifications bring people back without nagging.
The admin panel gives the team control over the catalog, the questionnaire logic, and notifications without a developer. Every screen was drawn for phone and tablet, so a session can begin on a commute and continue at home.
