Cantina — Mexican Restaurant Ordering App
Diners build a Mexican order on a tablet or phone, pay by card, and follow it from the kitchen to the counter in real time.

The story behind it.
Cantina serves Mexican food in New Zealand, and its ordering app had to work in two places at once: on a tablet at the counter and on a customer's phone. The design keeps the menu in view, turns each dish into a few quick choices, and carries the order through to payment and pickup.
Menu screens are grouped by dish type, and each item opens a compact panel for portion, filling, and spice level, so guests can adjust an order without losing their place. The running total stays visible, and card payment sits at the end of the same flow rather than in a separate checkout.
After payment, a status screen follows the order through the kitchen and shows when it is ready. We designed the full set of screens for phones and tablets, covering the complete cycle from a first look at the menu to a finished order the restaurant can act on.
