The story behind it.
A law firm runs on open matters, and each one carries a client, a deadline, and a paper trail. Whitmore Legal's internal app pulls active requests, client records, and case documents into one place, so staff can answer a question without checking three systems.
Case search is the center of the design. Requests can be filtered by an extended set of parameters, which is faster than scrolling a client list when a name is only half remembered. Each request opens to a detail page with its attachments in view, so a call can be handled without leaving the screen.
The client list and active requests share a visual language, so moving from a person to their matters feels like one motion. Notifications flag what needs attention, and the profile screen keeps personal settings apart from firm data. Phone and tablet layouts were designed together for staff who are rarely at a desk.
