01 About the project

The story behind it.

Cleaning work is easy to sell and hard to supervise. By the time a manager reaches a site, the crew has moved on and the only evidence of a good job is a clipboard and a few photos. PureSpace wanted supervisors to see the day as it happened, not in a report the next morning.

The shift, in order. The app opens on active tasks sorted by time and site, each tied to a location record with access notes, floor area and expected duration. Crews tick off rooms as they finish them, and quality-control checklists replace the paper forms that used to live in a van's glovebox. Photos attach to the task, so a client's question about a lobby or a stairwell can be answered from the record.

Push notifications carry the changes that matter: a site added late, a key not returned, a supervisor on the way for inspection. The profile screen keeps each employee's sites and completed checks together, and the admin panel gives managers the same view across every crew. Both surfaces were designed for tablets and phones and delivered in 2020.
