Stonefield Estate — Winery Operations App
Winery operations software that ties vineyard blocks, fermenters and bottling runs into a single vintage record the cellar team can actually read.

The story behind it.
Wine is made on a calendar that will not move. Fruit arrives when it is ripe, fermentation runs on its own schedule, and a missed reading can spoil a tank. Stonefield Estate's team was keeping vineyard blocks, fermenters and bottling runs in notebooks, so the vintage record lived in several places at once.
From block to bottle. Staff pick up the day's active tasks — a spray window, a pump-over, a lab sample — and close them out with the numbers behind the decision. Reports roll those entries into a vintage record the winemaker can read back by tank or by block. Quality-control lists cover the checks that matter at each stage, from sugar and temperature to the bottling line. Push notifications carry exceptions: a stuck fermentation, a late delivery, a test that needs repeating.
The design accounts for what a cellar actually looks like — hoses, poor light, a phone held at arm's length. Screens were drawn for a tablet in the office and a phone in the winery, and the full set for app and admin panel was completed in 2019.
