The story behind it.
A water park visit is a chain of small decisions — which slides, when to eat, where the lockers are — and most guests make them while standing in wet swimwear. AquaVale runs a park and a seafood restaurant on one site, and wanted a single app to carry guests through both. The design maps the entire booking cycle, from browsing attractions to ordering at a table.
Plan the day, then order lunch. Attractions and services are listed with height limits, opening hours and current wait guidance, so families can build a route before they arrive. The restaurant menu gets the same treatment: seafood dishes are described in detail and can be ordered from a sun lounger for a set collection time. Google Maps shows the park's position, and the route opens in a tap for visitors coming from out of town.
Every state of the ordering flow was drawn out — selection, cart, payment, confirmation — for phones and tablets, so a screen never has to be improvised later. The set was handed over in 2019.
