The story behind it.
Equipment rental runs on two schedules — the one the office keeps and the one the crews actually work to. Kauri Plant Hire wanted both in one place: a daily task list for every employee, a view of all active projects, and a separate flow for the health and safety inspectors who check sites.
Built for the yard and the site. Employees open the app to a task list for the day ahead, with every active project and job in the same view, so the morning starts from one screen instead of a stack of notes. Inspectors get their own screens for site checks and follow-ups, written for a phone rather than a clipboard.
We kept tap targets large and screens short, since most of this is used outdoors, in gloves, between jobs. The result is one app serving two very different roles without either group wading through the other's tools.
