Tasman Build — Site Process Platform
Daily task lists, live project status and a scaffolding rental ledger meet in one app and one admin panel for a New Zealand construction firm.

The story behind it.
Construction sites run on small handoffs: a task finished, a scaffold returned, a crew reassigned. Tasman Build wanted those handoffs visible in one place instead of scattered across site meetings and spreadsheets, so we designed the app and the admin panel behind it as a single system.
On the phone, employees work from a daily task list and a live view of every active project. A rental section covers scaffolding, plant and other equipment — what is out on rent, where it sits and which project is carrying the cost. Managers handle the same records from the admin panel, laid out for bulk work: adding projects, adjusting rental periods and keeping the equipment list current.
Both surfaces share one set of components, so a supervisor moving from the phone to the desk does not have to relearn the interface, and task states and rental records stay consistent across the two.
