Align Plan — Pilates App

Align Plan is an app for Pilates instructors who want to spend less time preparing and more time with clients. The Reformer and Mat exercise library, lesson builder, schedule, client cards, and invoices are gathered in one workspace available on desktop and mobile. The project goal was to turn scattered notes, videos, and spreadsheets into a single tool that lets an instructor build a personalized lesson in minutes and lead it with confidence.

We designed the product as an SPA with a separate mobile flow: the interface is equally usable in a browser on a laptop and on a phone screen during a lesson. The library is built around video demonstrations with cues, layers, movement options, and spring settings—exercises are filtered by category, found with quick search, and are not duplicated when adapted for a specific client. The lesson builder lets you change exercise order, rewrite the description for a lesson, and upload your own plan video demo without affecting the source library. On the backend are Laravel and MySQL; data and actions in the interface are loaded via AJAX, so lists, calendar, and plan edits update without reloading the page.

A separate section covers scheduling and client work: lesson calendar, cards with notes and invoices, ready-made weekly programs, and on-demand videos. A Premium subscription opens full access to the library, unlimited plans, and favorites. As a result, the instructor gets one service instead of a combination of notes, video hosting, and calendar: preparation takes minutes, materials are always at hand, and lessons look professional and personalized.
