Case study
2017
The story behind it.
Diamond Ride runs taxis and rental cars across California, and most of its business starts with a pickup address and a destination. The site is built around that first request: choose where the ride starts and ends, review the booking, then pay on the spot.
Checkout takes cards or a PayPal account, and the booking form uses the Google Maps API for route selection. Service and fleet pages sit alongside it for people still deciding, along with the company information a first-time customer looks for.
We built the site on WordPress with jQuery and Bootstrap 4 and designed it to work on a phone first, since that is where many of these requests begin.
