The story behind it.
BBattle turns a guessing duel into an economy. Two characters pick numbers, the closer guess wins the round, and the distance between the guesses sets the damage. The loser's character burns out of the season, and getting it back costs cryptocurrency.
We wrote the contracts for two chains, Dfinity (ICP) in Motoko and Aptos, and built the portal around them: minting, managing, and transferring NFTs, plus a fungible coin that players spend in the game and convert to ICP or APT without leaving the portal. A Laravel 8 back end covers accounts and the admin panel. Season entry works the same way: a player mints a new NFT to join the next tournament.
A burned character isn't deleted. Its blockchain record changes, which is what locks it out of the season prize, and the owner can pay in ICP or APT to revive it. That mechanic puts a premium on contract speed, so transaction processing and the security of every game action drove the build. The promo site, portal, and game interface were designed together, and the game runs on both chains.
