Lumen Studio — Photo Shoot Workflow App

A photography studio's work runs across shoots, editors, and managers, and most of it gets coordinated by hand. Lumen Studio asked for one app where a project is created, staffed, shot, edited, and delivered, with the office seeing the same status as the crew.

Managers create projects, attach photographers and editors, adjust task parameters, and read reports and work schedules. They can edit user profiles when someone changes role. Content stays current because admins publish text and media updates from the admin panel instead of waiting on a release.

Photos and video upload to Dropbox automatically through the API, so finished work leaves the phone without a manual export. A calendar view shows every active task for the day, which is how the team plans coverage without a second scheduling tool. We designed the app and built it on Vue and Quasar with Cordova, on a Laravel back end, and released it to the App Store and Google Play.
