Kauri Realty — Property Listings App

Kauri Realty sells houses and land across New Zealand, and its agents needed the catalog to travel with them. We designed and built a mobile app that puts every listing and land offer in a buyer's hands, plus an admin panel that keeps the catalog current without a developer in the loop.

The app covers the core of the agency's day: browsing listings and land offers, opening an information page, and sending a request to the team. Managers work from the same system — editing catalog objects and information pages, placing markers on Google Maps, and updating user profiles as staff join or change roles.

The build used Vue and Quasar for the interface, Laravel and a REST API on the server, and Cordova to package it for the stores. iOS and Android builds passed review and shipped to the App Store and Google Play.
