Highfield Meats — Plant Operations App
Plant supervisors and safety inspectors use one app to run the shift: daily tasks, open jobs, and the inspection records that keep a processing floor compliant.

The story behind it.
On a processing floor, the shift plan and the safety check often live on the same clipboard. Highfield Meats, a New Zealand processor, wanted both in the hands of supervisors and inspectors, on the tablets already mounted around the plant.
The app opens on a daily task list, with every active project and open job a tap away. Inspectors record what they find against the line or area they are walking, in the same system the supervisors use, so a finding does not wait for a shift handover to reach the office. The screen set keeps the language and layout consistent whether the person holding the tablet is a line lead or an auditor.
Each screen was laid out for phone and tablet, because the same app has to work at a desk and on the floor. Tasks, checks, and reports stay in one place from start to close.
