The story behind it.
Property search rewards speed and punishes vagueness. The corporate app we designed for a real estate seller puts filters first: buyers set the parameters that matter, scan the matches, and open the ones worth a closer look.
Each listing has a detail screen built around the material that sells a property, a photo set and a video walkthrough, with the facts arranged to be read in a few seconds. Search and detail were designed as one sequence, because the handoff from a result to a listing is where most property apps lose people.
We delivered the complete screen set for phones and tablets, covering the cycle from the first filter to the final property view.
